Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic and beauty products, all sales at NUCCI Beauty are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been confirmed, for reasons of health and safety.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email/DM] with your order number and photos of the item. We will review and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they are marked as shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be changed.
